Our client, an MNC Telecom company is hiring technical account manager for their customer sales and support department to be based at Delhi.
The role involves end to end management of all technical aspects of an account including delivery of solution through constant customer satisfaction and Establishing and maintaining executive level relationships with the technical teams of the customers.This position requires familiarity with Radio Network Planning.
An engineer with 5 years of relevant technical experience with customer related jobs will be the right fit. Should also have expertise in wireless radio and radio design and networking. WiMax experience is an added advantage.Familiarity with TCP/IP and Voip required.Should possess good verbal and written communication.
