Senior Systems engineer for an MNC ODC at Hyderabad

One of our client , a US based MNC is hiring Systems engineers for Hyderabad ODC.

Primary responsibilty will be to setup,manage and monitor unix server farm on solaris and linux platforms and Design, develop and/or modify various scripts (bash/Perl etc.) as needed for efficient operations, automation and monitoring of server and network environments.

Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years in system administration and Should be B.Tech / M.Tech / Diploma (CSE/ECE/EEE) from premier institutions.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with the following technologies Major network services and protocols (DNS, DHCP, SSH, NTP, NFS, HTTP, etc.), Major network applications (Apache, Samba, Wiki, etc.)- TCP/IP networking tools (traceroute, tcpdump etc.),Major version control software (CVS/RCS/SVN) and Experience with Systems security and monitoringShould be comfortable with Solaris 10 utilities such as smf, zpool, zfs and zones.Should have Knowledge of the Operating Systems: Redhat Enterprise Linux 3/4 WS/ES/AS, Solaris 8, 9, 10.

UNIX administrators for an MNC client at Hyderabad

One of our client , an MNC based at Hyderabad is looking out for Unix administrators .

Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience with proven track record adminstering unix operating systems.The candidate is required to possess extensive knowledge of multiple flavors of UNIX operating systems and be proficient in engineering mail systems, name servers, storage and backup systems, and production server infrastructure.
