Technical support Engineer will be responsible for all issues related to support, installation, and professional services of the product with the goal of ensuring maximum reliability and customer satisfaction. The candidate selected will be responsible in providing technical support on the product to Clients and Customers. and provide software support like software implementation, installation, troubleshooting & training / maintenance of software also.
Ideal candidate will have 1- 2years experience in programming or technical or customer support of software products.Experience in product installations or configurations is an added advantage.
