Our client, a product company in hyderabad is urgently looking for senior manager customer services.
Sr. Manager will oversee the daily operations of the application production support team, and contribute to global support strategy, policies and practices.
* He will be responsible for planning, organizing, and providing leadership to the customer support functions, resulting in superior customer service for their customers and in meeting customer satisfaction goals.
* He will be responsible for overall team performance and achieving business metrics.
* Demonstrate initiative and a drive toward superior customer service
* Responsible for ensuring customer support metrics are achieved, and when necessary, submit corrective action plans to ensure they are achieved.
* Streamline and automate processes that improve customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiencies.
* Stay abreast of competitive offerings and industry best practices.
* Prepare budgets, forecasts, and contact center performance metrics.
* A programming background with good understanding of Windows 2000 Server, IIS, ASP, SQL Server and/or Oracle.
Ideal candidate will be an Engineering / Management graduate with 10 plus years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
