Our client is the leading provider of Spend Management solutions.They deliver sourcing, procurement, and commodity expertise that enables organizations to optimize their Spend Management processes and supplier relationships.
The role involves solving customer issues with some of the most prestigious companies in the world, including many Forbes 500 and World 2000, by interacting with the core engineering team.
Responsibilities
Solving customer issues by working with core engineering team
Schedule and drive production ofBuyer service packs and one-offs, working with Support as appropriate
Manage Sustaining Engineering's work with Tech Support on customer-related issues requiring Engineering's assistance
Develop reports on appropriate metrics to track workload, backlog, trends, etc.
Knowledge and Skills
Total of 7 – 8 years with 2 - 3 years of program management experience
Previous experience in development, quality assurance, tech support, or program management
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Organized , Detail-oriented , Able to juggle many tasks, keeping track of all
Experience with Excel pivot tables
Experience with bug tracking tools (experience with Siebel a plus )
Experience with Business Objects , or other business analytics tool a plus
Knowledge/experience in relevant domains like Procurement and Supply Chain management will be an added advantage.
