Experience: 9-12 yrs in R & D, should have managed team sizes of more than 6-10 or more. Demonstrated ability in hiring and motivating talented engineers. This role needs technology, people and project management skills
Qualifications & Skills: BE in computer sciences or electronics. Strong knowledge of windows and linux platform software architecture, interfaces, tools and trends. Fluent in C C++ and applying OOAD principles.
